Great choice for exterior coverage
We had been in our house for ten years and it was showing it. We had a very nice shade of coffee my wife had picked back then. She really wanted it again and so we looked and sure enough...VALSPAR had it. Great choices in color. I started putting it on..well me and my 3 sons and it went on very nicely and dried quickly. It has now been on for about 3 months and looks GREAT. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exterior coverage paint.

Definitely does the job
This primer holds up excellently. Really does the job. Does have a strong odor and will last a long time.

I was surprised at the one coat coverage, but with the color red, we still had to put two coats on to get it to the red color that we wanted.
I was surprised at the one coat coverage, it covered up old blue color very well, when I suspected it to just need 2 coats even with the one coat coverage. Usually it says that but never works that way.

Covered the Uncoverable
We have T1-11 siding (I think that is what it is called) and were told we could not paint it. We tried a test spot and they were correct until we used Valspar primer. It covered wonderfully and the house is now painted and we saved a fortune. Thanks Valspar!
